Description: The City of Salem SPLASH Portal will be unavailable on Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST and Tuesday, May 27, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST. This is a scheduled outage to allow us to perform SPLASH system maintenance. For any questions/comments regarding either this outage or the SPLASH website, please Email City of Salem Staff.
